To the full extent permitted by law, the Customer accesses and uses all information and material accessed through the Service at its own risk.

The Customer accepts responsibility for all information and material issued by the Customer through the Service, and indemnifies Newbrain against any liability in relation thereto. In particular the Customer undertakes that it shall refrain from using the site to: perform an illegal act; post or provide information which is inaccurate, misleading or deceptive, or which is defamatory, in contempt of court, or in breach of a third party’s copyright; provide personal information supplied without consent from the person who the information concerns; or provide information which is designed to or likely to offend another person or which is sexually explicit or in its opinion is unsuitable for public access. The Customer also acknowledges that Newbrain.com does not vet or approve any information or material available through any service and that Newbrain does not and will not accept any liability for information or material displayed.

The Customer understands and accepts that Newbrain is able to refuse to display information or remove information from the site if it believes the information provided by a Customer fits the above description.
